Repair Policy

Please note that Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Collars must be treated with care.  In the unlikely event that Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Collars become damaged due to a design or construction defect we will gladly repair the piece free of charge within 15 days of the original shipping date or we will issue you a credit for use towards a future order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or the natural wear of fabrics/trims over extended use and time. Jewelry & collars found defective will be repaired or replaced, at our descretion.

Shipping Policy

domestic shipping
Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Couture Collars uses USPS (Priority Mail) as its shipping carrier.  All items are made-to-order, so please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Shipping charges are based on the number of pieces purchased ($5.45 – $10.45), and charged in full when your order is placed.

international shipping
Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Couture Collars uses USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail as its shipping carrier for overseas orders. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for international deliveries. USPS Mail Flat Rate Fee to International Countries is $16.95 and will be charged at the time of Checkout.  Optional: We can ship via Standard First-Class Mail International Parcel ($9.80) which does NOT include tracking or insurance. USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Fee to Canada is $12.95.

Any order being shipped to an international destination may be subject to incremental import duties and taxes. When placing an order with Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Collars, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee must be borne by you. Please contact your local customs office for further information. All prices with Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Collars are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any import duties, taxes and shipping charges. If you have any questions concerning your order and you currently lived outside of the United States, you must contact us via email at . All orders shipped internationally are not returnable and considered "final sale."  

Return & Exchanges 

Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Couture Collars™ accepts unused merchandise for return within 15 days from the purchase date for store credit or exchange only. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. All items that have not been worn or damaged may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for store credit or exchange with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We do not credit postage for returns and shipping charges are not refundable.

How to return an item: Email us at to let us know of your intent to return an item and we will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA). Once you receive this RA#, please write it on the Return Authorization Form, and include it in the box prior to mailing. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package. Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Collars™ is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.

How to Prepare a Return
Email us at to let us know of your intent to return an item and we will email you a Return Authorization form. Once you receive this form, please email it back to us. Once it has been received, you will be given a return authorization number to write on the outside of your package. Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Couture Collars is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.
Returning the item:

1. Notify us via email at and you will be sent a return authorization form. Once your email is received, you will be given a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of your package.
2. Pack up your item for return including the original jewelry or collar box and all paperwork.
3. Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package
4. Insure your package for the full selling price. Glitzy Pet Jewelry & Collars is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages.
